GOING VERTICAL'S agility training takes place primary on the area's only Reactor, Cybex's® computerized interactive agility training system. The Reactor is the only apparatus of it's kind, which provides a changing environment to which athletes must react. It also provides analytical feedback including reaction time, left versus right analysis, acceleration time, and more. This device allows for simulation of drills specific to almost any sport imaginable. As a supplement to the Reactor, slideboarding and resistance training on Cybex® Galileo weight equipment is also incorporated into the agility training.
