Going Vertical now offers personal training for all ages and fitness levels. We specialize in several different areas including these specific programs:

  • Get Fit- general adult fitness and recreation sports preparation
  • Get Explosive- sport specific weight training and power lifting
  • Special Needs – post Physical Therapy, overweight children and much more

Strength Training Classes
The Get Stronger Program at Going Vertical is designed for ages 12 and up to learn proper lifting form and technique while improving strength, flexibility, athleticism and posture.

Team Training
Reserve the entire Going Vertical floor for one hour during off-peak Going Vertical hours for your team. During this hour, our Strength and Conditioning Coach will administer and age and sport specific circuit program designed especially for your team. This program also comes at a discounted rate.
